Project update - Langley Park, Ozone Reserve, Point Fraser

In August 2020, Water Corporation advised that they were replacing the ageing water pipe within Langley Park, Ozone Reserve and Point Fraser, in the City of Perth.

To ensure this work is completed ahead of the busy summer period in the City, work is now planned to begin autumn/early-winter 2023 – the location of this work is shown in the map below.

The replacement of the water pipe is essential to prevent future leaks and breaks and improve the security and reliability of water supply to Perth CBD and surrounding suburbs for decades to come.

When is this happening?
As mentioned above, work is currently scheduled to begin in autumn/early-winter 2023 and will take five months to complete.

We will be in touch with you again at least a couple of months before construction starts with further information including a start date.

Who can I contact?
We will continue to provide you with further notifications ahead of the project commencing.
