Join the West Coast Fever in celebration of their grand final win at 11:30, Friday 8 July at Forrest Place. Then at 12:30 football superstar Sam Kerr will receive her Key to the City of Perth.
“The City of Perth is thrilled to host this celebration of our great sporting women and give them the recognition they deserve,” he said.
The West Coast Fever won the grand final 70-59 over the Melbourne Vixens in front of a record-breaking home crowd at Perth Arena. It was the first time in the club’s 25-year history that they’d taken out the trophy.
